Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.

Although we do not always realise the actions we make affect others.
I always feel like what I do and say will affect the mood of my friends, so I try to be cheer full so that everyone feels happy. I try to be supportive so everyone feels motivated, and I try to be kind so everyone feels cared for.

I know I make a difference by ever smile I get when I make a silly joke and I know it's not the biggest thing, but I know it matters.

And you should know you matter too, you matter to the people around you and the things you do affect your friends and family. Being happy is infectious, and you want to be the one that spreads that virus because it's one no one wants cured.
Although sadness cannot always be helped or prevented, so be that person that makes that sad person happy and make a difference because that difference could be small to you and so large to them.

When you cry I cry and when you smile I smile.
